E. Our Vacation Home is centrally located to Florida's beaches. Coast off the Gulf Of Mexico-only a hour or so drive away. Or beaches off coast of the Atlantic Ocean - Daytona Beach is even closer !

* CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:
a) Guest registration must be done at the office.

b)If guest ARRIVE AFTER OFFICE HOURS; please call the MANAGEMENT OFFICE - EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER.
Management will give you security code to lock box, to obtaining your vacation envelope.
Envelope will include directions to home. The lock box is located at the office's entrance.

NOTE: All guest that arrive after hours must report to the office the following working day to make their registration effective.

1)Pool Heat/Fee: $35.00 Per Day/4 Day Minimum.

2)Pool Heat Deposit - For Monthly Rental(s):
A Pool Heat Deposit of $500.00 - $750.00 is required for Monthly Rental(s). Payment to be collected by the Management Company, at time requested, during your stay. Payment to be made using major Credit Card(s). Pool Heat usage cost will be deducted from the deposit; AND Guest(s) are responsible to pay for additional usage cost, that exceed the deposit.

Pool Heat is not included in the rental.
Pool Heat is recommended for stays between Nov - Feb.
Pool Heat can be added to the rental now; or can be arraigned during your stay by contacting the Management Company.
Pool Depth: 3 Feet(+) to 6 Feet(+).

* USE OF POOL HEAT COVER - FOR HEATED POOL ONLY:
Pool Heat Cover, located at the pool/lanai area of home. Covering the pool can assist in keeping heat in the pool, when not in use. Cover pool at Night during cooler temperature(s) when not in use. Pool Heat Cover allows for additional $ $ $ SAVINGS, to our Guest(s). Keep HEAT Inside Pool by covering pool, when not in use.

B. If Your Reservation is made within Thirty (30) Days of your arrival date, we will require full payment at the time the reservation is made, using any accepted major credit card, as listed below.

Should you prefer to pay by Bank-Cashier Check, or Money Order, full payment is also required. Reservation cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.

C. SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $250.00; OR $500.00 FOR MONTHLY RENTAL, IS REQUIRED against any damages or loss that may occur during your stay.

Upon Check In your Credit Card will be subject to a security deposit of $250 or $500 and within 45 days after your departure for any charges, which may occur.

Charges for any damage or loss will be applied to your credit card.

The guest will be reimbursed the full amount or any portion thereof after the home has been inspected, should no damage or loss have occured. This reimbursement will be mailed to your home address on file in a timely manner.

D. DATE CHANGE REQUESTS:
ANY REQUEST TO CHANGE a confirmed reservation date is subject to availability, however, we, will do our best to accomodate you whenever possible.

E. CANCELLATIONS:
* CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED THIRTY-ONE(31)DAYS or more prior to your arrival date are refundable subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00 made up of a $20.00 booking fee and a $30.00 administrative fee.
* ANY CANCELLATION MADE (30)DAYS or less prior to your arrival date will be refundable at 50% of the full amount.
* CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN THE TWENTY-FOUR (24)HOUR period immediately prior to your arrival date are ineligible for any form of reimbursement.
* NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

F. LIABILITY:
The Owner and Management/Agents do not accept liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused as a result of the use of the pool, and villa. It is the responsibility of the Booking Guest and adult members of the party to ensure that children are always properly supervised when in the pool, and deck area, and the home.

G. Please note that the POOL HEAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE HOME. Please see Optional Services for Pool Heat Charges and Other Incidental Charges.

H. ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
a) Payments collected by the Owner using:
BANK - Cashier Checks, or Money Orders; only. * Subject to additional processing fee: $25.

b) Payments collected by the 5 Star Management Company using:
Credit Cards, Travelers Checks, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cash.
*Subject to additional processing fee: 5% of the Rental Cost.

* A personal check will be accepted only for those reservations made thirty (30) Days in advance.
